Pricing & Payment
How is pricing structured?+
Engagements are scoped based on complexity and timeline. Strategy sessions start as focused sprints; lead-system and operations projects are quoted after the discovery call. You'll receive a clear proposal before any work begins.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Invoices are sent electronically with net-15 terms for established clients and payment due upon receipt for new engagements. Bank transfer and major credit cards are accepted.
What if I need to reschedule a session?+
Life happens. Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a rescheduling fee, which is always communicated in your engagement agreement.

How long does a typical engagement take?+
Strategy sessions typically span 2–3 weeks from kickoff to delivered roadmap. Lead-system and operations projects range from 4–8 weeks depending on tooling and team readiness.
Do you work remotely or in person?+
